With over 27 years of experience, I’ve a proven track record at high-tech companies such as EMC/Dell, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Wells Fargo, WebTV/Microsoft TV, and Sun Microsystems/Oracle. I’ve managed content with various content management systems (CMS) including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), TeamSite, and WordPress.
I’ve also optimized departmental processes and developed best practices in content production, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media for a wide range of clients. I can set up marketing processes and tools for start-ups for maximum resource efficiency as well as produce content for websites, blogs, landing pages, community forums, events, training, and social media.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, specializing in social psychology, from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). I also hold a marketing strategy certificate from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. I’m certified in digital marketing, content marketing, and social marketing.
